چکیده

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh green human resource management terhadap self efficacy, (2) perceived organizational support, (3) efficacy creativity, dan (4) support creativity karyawan perusahaan logistik multinasional (MNC) Jakarta Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian dengan kuisioner. Sampel dari berjumlah 120 responden. Uji statistic dilakukan menggunakan Structurel Equation Modelling berbasis PLS. validitas nilai faktor loading, sedangkan uji reliabilitas Cronbach’s Alpha. Dari 4 hipotesis diajukan terdapat satu ditolak. Kesimpulan adalah tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan pada signifikan,
